Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sonarmood mobile application and related services. By accessing or using Sonarmood, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service Description

Sonarmood helps users generate playlists based on mood, genre, era, and optional prompts, with the ability to export compatible playlists to Apple Music when authorized by the user.

Subscriptions and Payments

Apple Music Integration

If you connect Apple Music, Sonarmood uses the permissions you grant to search tracks and create playlists on your behalf. You can revoke permissions through your Apple settings at any time.

Acceptable Use

Intellectual Property

Sonarmood, including branding, software, and service content (excluding third-party content), is owned by Sonarmood and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Services

Sonarmood relies on third-party services such as Apple, Supabase, and AI infrastructure providers. Availability or behavior of those services may affect Sonarmood functionality, and Sonarmood is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonarmood and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or to protect the service and users. You may stop using Sonarmood at any time and may delete your account in-app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local law where the service operator is established, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
